Twelve volts is the unit voltage of the lead acid world: the block that wires into solar banks, UPS strings, RV house systems and telecom cabinets alike. XD Battery’s documented 12V lead acid blocks cover the four capacity tiers the market standardised on, and this page specifies each from its own model documentation — no blended "typical" figures.

Reading the four tiers
The 100Ah block is the handling sweet spot — one person, standard footprint, the default brick of 12V and 24V banks. The 150Ah UPS block is the standby specialist, bought by the string for UPS cabinets. The 200Ah tier halves the parallel strings of a mid-size solar bank versus 100Ah blocks, at the cost of two-person lifts. The 250Ah block is the distributor’s product: the custom-logo programme documented for this model makes it the natural own-brand flagship, 67 kg of it. All four sit in the deep-cycling/standby lead acid lines with three-year warranty documentation where stated.
A discipline note that protects every tier: a bank is one model, one age. Paralleling a new 200Ah block beside tired 100Ah blocks does not average their health — it imports the old bank’s problems into the new block. When a bank outgrows its blocks, the professional move is a new matched bank (or a step up to 2V cells), and the old bank retires whole. Our team will quote the bank, not just the block, if you tell us the system voltage and the daily load.
Which 12V block for a 24V solar bank?
Two identical blocks in series — most commonly the 100Ah or 200Ah deep-cycle tiers. Series pairs must be the same model and age.
Can the 250Ah block carry my brand?
Yes — a custom LOGO programme is documented for that model, including case colour customisation options across the range. See the OEM/ODM page.
What is the MOQ?
The 150Ah UPS model is documented at one piece; other tiers are confirmed at quotation — no range-wide one-piece MOQ is documented.
Terminal, handling and installation notes
Blocks in this class ship as sealed units that can be installed in cabinets, racks or battery boxes in any normal orientation. Two handling rules apply across the tiers: lift the heavy tiers (200Ah class and the 67 kg 250Ah block) as two-person or mechanical lifts, never by the terminals; and torque terminal connections to the model’s specification at commissioning, then re-check after the first discharge cycle — under-torqued terminals are the most common self-inflicted fault in new banks. Keep blocks of one bank on the same charge before series connection, so the string starts its life balanced rather than spending its first month negotiating.
Certification names are published per model: the documented 12V models publish CE, UL, ISO 9001 and RoHS names, within the wider set the company publishes (TUV, UL, CE, CSA, CEC and JET) — model-level marks are confirmed on each quotation, and certificates are available upon request.
